"How did you get into recruiting?" is a question I hear often. Like most recruiters and career coaches, I fell into this industry, which is a rather dull answer. Why I STAY in recruiting & career coaching is the story I genuinely enjoy sharing the most!

Working with people every day, hearing their stories, and discovering what they are passionate about and what makes them tick opens your eyes to their value. With their different talents and skills, I realized that people are more than worth their weight in gold. And sometimes, those same people need reassurance or a reminder of their value too!
